Oversaw a team of 8 social media managers and together we ran 81 twitter accounts. My team reached our goals with consistent gains in followers, growing each account from zero. We had several 1 million impression days within our first 4 months.
Our engagement rates were consistently well above the standard 1-2% and we had no paid growth, only organic.

Example of our organic growth:
While live tweeting 5 hours of Golden Globes coverage (2 hr red carpet, 3 hr show) I sent 135 tweets (one every 2-2.5 minutes), which would normally pull down an engagement rate due to over tweeting, but I had 8% engagement for the day.
The week prior with People’s Choice Award coverage I earned a 6% engagement level with 132k impressions.
