Bkstg - Communication and Brand Voice consultant

Constructed a brand narrative and strong POV and voice for new iOS and Android application that launched in March 2016. Wrote all in-app copy, emails, newsletters, app store and website copy working with UX/UI in NYC and engineers in Ukraine using wireframes and a lot of video chat. Created mission driven content that represented Bkstg’s POV of bringing artists and fans closer together by celebrating fans, artists, and all direct to consumer providers.

Created a style guide, developed several investor decks, wrote ongoing social strategy, and copy for all new features, activations, newsletters, brand partnerships, and campaigns.

We consistently had over 3% engagement with multiple posts per day for months and 7M+ impressions monthly and increased our following by over 40% in the same time period.

- Developing brand awareness through repeatable, sharable, scalable content

- Creating a social strategy around all in-app activities including contests, promotions, artist activity and fan initiatives which includes: what’s going to be posted where, what it will look like, at what time.

- Identifying improvements on mobile app features to better sharing/social functionality and worked with Product on possible solves

- Carrying out an overall strategy to increase fans and social following through driving initiatives, marketing, paid influencers, and artist and superfan participation

- Writing all app store update copy, new feature copy, push notifications, newsletter templates, prefill share copy, and any other copy requests from Product
